The aim of selection and placement process in the associate corporation of Nobel
Sağlık Ürünleri Limited Sti. is to find and recruit the most appropriate candidate for the currently vacant positions on the basis of fundamental competencies in accordance with the corporate culture and goals, and special competencies particular to the given position.

All applications made through above channels are recorded in the curriculum vitae database. A pool of candidates included in said database, with the required qualifications for the vacant positions is established upon annual labor force planning.
NSU Job Interviews
At least two interviews with the candidates are held with the participation of human resources specialists and the relevant supervisor of the vacant position.
In our recruitment process, the functional competencies as per the vacant position as well as such competencies as continuous learning, focus on success and quality, being open to changes, and customer-oriented, creativity and commitment are assessed. The compliance with the corporate culture and our values is the most important criterion that is taken into consideration in the entire process.
Personal inventory is applied to the candidates at the first interview. The inventory outputs, which assess the candidates on the basis of competencies including leadership, communication skills, analytic thought, and inclination to team work etc., play a significant role in the decision making process.
General skills and foreign language tests are applied besides the personal inventory, where the position requires so.
Human Resources Department offers recruitment to candidates that successfully passed all above interviews and reference studies.
